Finley Aquatic Center "The Finley Aquatic Center consists of a large training pool, and an L-shaped instructional pool. The facility is fully ADA accessible with pool ramp and wheel chair lift. Forget Me Not Farms Children's Services " Nurturing relationships between children, animals and gardens. Since its inception in 1992, Forget Me Not Farm has helped thousands of at-risk children and youth break the cycle of abuse. Located on the grounds of the Sonoma Humane Society, the Farm offers animal-assisted and horticultural therapeutic activities that provide a haven for children, animals, and plants to interact, bond, learn and heal.

Foster and Kinship Care Education Program, Santa Rosa Junior College "PRIDE Foster Parent Training: The Foster & Kinship Care Education Program (FKCE) has been a part of SRJC since 1985. "VOICES brings together more than 40 partnering agencies to provide housing, education, employment and wellness services to transitioning youth, ages 16-24. Created and run by former foster youth, VOICES is the first organization of its kind in the nation." "Health & Wellness VOICES promotes the overall wellness of youth by increasing their access to health- related resources. Wellness services include 1:1 counseling and support, food and nutrition classes, physical and mental health education, and assistance with applications for all health-related services. Employment & Education VOICES supports youth to develop a personal plan for success in education, employment and career development. Youth have access to 1:1 coaching, tutoring, GED preparation, pre- employment skill building, assistance with jobs and internships. Independent Living Program: The Independent Living Program provides training to help youth develop the skills needed for becoming independent adults. ILP includes individualized coaching, life conferences, life-skills workshops, leadership opportunities, social gatherings and outings. The teachers are credentialed by the State of California Department of Education in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis on Social-Emotional and Self-Regulation. As a therapeutic preschool, we work extensively with at-risk children, helping them identify their emotions and develop socially. As a state subsidized preschool, we follow the Department of Education framework for early learning curriculum and the children are assessed through DRDP (Desired Results Developmental Profiles) observations to chart their development.
